VC: Village Center - Generally Main and Harper streets with business, commercial, and multi-family applications.

GC: Gateway Commercial – East and West ends of Route 23 with highway oriented commercial enterprise.

I: Industrial – Area bounded by South, Railroad Avenue, and Hobart Road with manufacturing related industry.

MS: Main Street Overlay – Generally Harper and Main from Route 10 to the village limits with commercial business restricted by aesthetic considerations.

 OS: Open Space – Woodland, pasture, and fields surrounding the village.
