    CANDIDATES FOR VILLAGE ELECTIONS 2008

    Thursday, February 21st, 2008

    Village elections will take place on Tuesday, March 18th, at the Village Fire Hall. The voting machines are located in the basement of the fire hall, and the entrance is on Churchill Avenue, across from the post office. Polling hours will be from Noon to 9:00 PM.

    MARCH ELECTIONS

    Monday, January 28th, 2008

    There will be an election for a village justice, as well as for trustees, in March. Anyone wishing to run for village justice (4 year term) can pick up an independent nominating petition from the village clerk.

    Sunday, December 30th, 2007

    Election Date:   March 18, 2008 Noon – 9:00 p.m.
    Positions:   Two (2) Trustee positions, both 2-year terms.
    November 19, 2007:  First day to accept application for absentee ballot.
    If application for Absentee Ballot is not completely filled out it will be returned.  It is imperative that the reason for your absence and dates of your absence be stated.
