PRESENT: Bruce Velan, Trustee; Donna Jacobs, Trustee; Fred Doyle, Trustee; Joan Hinman, Trustee; Anne Slatin, Mayor
Mayor Slatin opened the meeting at 5:40PM.
Fred Doyle made a motion to approve the waiver of the 30-day waiting period for The Belvedere Inn’s application for a liquor license renewal. Bruce Velan seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously. Velan – Yes; Doyle – Yes; Jacobs – Yes; Hinman – Yes.
Fred Doyle made a motion to pay the village’s dog control officer on a per-incident basis, as follows:

$40.00 to capture and transport a stray dog to the Heart of the Catskills animal shelter in Delhi, NY;

$20.00 to respond to a complaint regarding a dog within the village.
These per-incident payments are all inclusive; mileage will not be paid, nor will fuel.
The dog control officer will obtain village board approval before writing an appearance ticket.
Bruce Velan seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously. Velan – Yes; Doyle – Yes; Hinman – Yes; Jacobs – Yes.
Meeting was adjourned at 6:00 PM.
